By entering Wangi RSL, using our facilities, participating in promotions, or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
All members must comply with the Registered Clubs Act 1976 (NSW) and the Wangi RSL Constitution and By-Laws.
Members must present valid membership cards when entering the club, purchasing at member prices, or participating in members-only promotions.
Membership cards are not transferable.
Members are responsible for updating their personal details with the club.
The Board reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel membership in line with legal and constitutional requirements.
Visitors must reside outside the 5km radius unless they are signed in by a member in accordance with club rules.
All guests and visitors must comply with entry requirements under NSW liquor and gaming legislation.
Minors are permitted only in designated areas and must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 25.
Wangi RSL promotes the responsible service of alcohol and gaming.
Intoxicated, disorderly, or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises.
Patrons must always comply with directions from staff and security.
Entry is open to eligible members, guests, or visitors as specified in each promotion.
Wangi RSL reserves the right to set entry conditions, eligibility requirements, and draw procedures.
Winners may be required to show valid photo ID or membership card before claiming a prize.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless stated otherwise.
Wangi RSL’s decision on winners and prize allocation is final.
By entering, participants consent to having their name and/or photo used for reasonable promotional purposes.
The use of player cards and gaming facilities is subject to NSW legislation and responsible gambling practices.
Player activity statements are available upon request.
Excluded persons (self-excluded or otherwise) are not permitted to participate in gaming activities.
Bookings may require a deposit, which is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Final guest numbers and payments must be made within the timeframe specified by the club.
The club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events in unforeseen circumstances.
The Wangi RSL website and social media pages are provided for information purposes only.
We make no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or availability of content.
Users must not misuse the website (e.g. by introducing viruses, spam, or offensive content).

By entering promotions, making bookings, or joining as a member, you consent to the collection and use of your information for those purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wangi RSL is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered on club premises or through participation in promotions, unless caused by our negligence.
Patrons enter and use club facilities at their own risk.
