Committee & Governance

Our Governance

At Wangi RSL, we pride ourselves on strong governance that ensures our club operates with transparency, accountability, and integrity. Our governance framework is designed to serve our members, support our veterans, and strengthen our community.

The Club is overseen by an elected Board of Directors, who are responsible for setting the strategic direction, upholding compliance with legislation, and ensuring that Wangi RSL is managed in the best interests of its members. The Board works closely with management and staff to maintain high standards of service, financial responsibility, and ethical decision-making.

We are committed to operating in line with the values of the Returned & Services League – respect, service, and community. This means every decision we make is guided by our responsibility to veterans, members, guests, and the wider community.

By maintaining clear policies, open communication, and a culture of accountability, Wangi RSL ensures our members can be confident that the Club is managed with fairness and care, both now and into the future.
